Gin & tonic

with blueberry and basil

Gin & tonic

Serves 1


  • 4 cl gin
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 dl fresh blueberries or ½ dl frozen blueberries, thawed and strained
  • Indian tonic water
  • Ice cubes


Rinse the fresh blueberries or strain the thawed blueberries.

Pour blueberries and basil into a robust glass.

Crush the contents using a pestle.

Add ice cubes and gin.

Top up with Indian tonic water and decorate with a few fresh blueberries and a sprig of fresh basil.
