Eva Solo's whistleblower scheme

Eva Solo's whistleblower system is aimed at any person who raises a concern, such as Eva Solo employees, business partners, workers in Eva Solo's value chain or people in the communities in which we operate. Concerns may include breaches of Eva Solo's Code of Conduct, or the following activities:

  • Criminal activity
  • Failure to comply with legal or professional obligations or regulatory requirements
  • Modern slavery, child labor or forced labor
  • Health and safety hazards
  • Harm to the environment
  • Bribery or corruption
  • Financial fraud or mismanagement
  • Conduct that may damage Eva Solo's reputation or financial well-being
  • Sexual harassment or assault
  • Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information
  • Negligence
  • Deliberate concealment of the above

The whistleblower can anonymously report illegal activities via the link below to an external IT system. When sending the report, the whistleblower must decide whether the recipient is HR or CEO. The recipient will subsequently conduct the initial investigation.
