Virgin rhubarb mojito

A refreshing non-alcoholic mojito made with rhubarb syrup, fresh lime, mint, and sparkling water – perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 organic lime
  • 1 handful of mint leaves
  • 2 tsp cane sugar
  • Crushed ice
  • 100 ml rhubarb syrup
  • Sparkling water
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint

Instructions

Cut the lime into wedges and muddle it with mint leaves in a shaker.

Divide the muddled mixture into two wine glasses.

Add cane sugar and crushed ice.

Pour rhubarb syrup over the ice, top with sparkling water, and stir gently.

Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
