Blueberry/Basil Gin & Tonic
- 4 cl gin
- 4-5 fresh basil leaves
- 1 dl fresh blueberries or ½ dl frozen blueberries, thawed and strained
- Indian tonic water
- Ice cubes
- Rinse the fresh blueberries or strain the thawed blueberries.
- Pour blueberries and basil into a robust glass.
- Crush the contents using a pestle.
- Add ice cubes and gin.
- Top up with Indian tonic water and decorate with a few fresh blueberries and a sprig of fresh basil.
