- 150 ml natural yoghurt
- 100 ml water
- 100 g strawberries
- 1 tsp rose water
- 2-3 tsp cane sugar
- A couple of ice cubes

Procedure
Strawberry rose lassi
Blend all the ingredients in a blender. If you don’t have a kitchen blender, use an immersion hand blender instead, but omit the ice cubes. Serve in a glass and enjoy cool.
