Steel line frying pan, 20 cm

A design classic from 1977, now in a new improved version! Eva Trio’s cookware range in high-gloss polished 18/10 stainless steel is now equipped with more robust handles, while the original virgin steel has been replaced by 90% recycled steel in the product body as a more responsible choice in a world facing resource shortages. The recycled steel has the same high quality as virgin steel and provides pots and pans that withstand daily use. It gives the cookware the optimum rust-resistance, extended durability and assured ease of cleaning. The handle and sandwich base are made with conventional stainless steel. The surfaces simply stay shiny for years, and the robust wire handles remain cold during cooking.

  • Maintenance

    Is dishwasher-safe, but we reccomend that cookware with a is being washed up by hand as the non-stick effect may wear off if placed in the dishwasher.

    Never use steel wool or abrasives to clean.

    The outside of the cookware can be polished using stainless steel polish.

    Avoid storing food in the frying pan for long periods of time as it may damage the coating.

    If the coating darkens over time, it is due to a thin layer of burnt egg white from the food. This can easily be removed by filling the pan with water and adding 4-5 tbsp of laundry detergent. Allow to simmer for approx. 45 minutes. Stir occasionally with a washingup brush or nylon spatula. Repeat if necessary. Then use washing-up liquid to wash the pan before wiping the inside with a thin layer of cooking oil.
