The pan is oven safe and dishwasher safe, which means the dish can be prepared in just 30 minutes and minimises the amount of washing up.


  • Oil for frying
  • 500 g hk beef
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
  • 2 carrots, cut into small cubes
  • 2 celery leaves, chopped finely (can be omitted)
  • 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 dl vegetable stock
  • 3 dl milk
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper
  • 250 g lasagne sheets
  • 80 g grated mozzarella
  • Fresh basil, if desired


  • In a pan with oil, fry the onion for a few minutes
  • Add the meat and brown it well
  • Now add all the spices, garlic, carrots and celery and fry for a few minutes
  • Now add the tomato puree, tinned tomatoes, stock and milk. tomato, stock and milk
  • When the liquid boils, add the broken pieces of lasagne sheets and mix well
  • Cover and simmer for approx. 15 min until the sheets are cooked. Stir regularly so the sheets don't stick together
  • Top with grated mozzarella and fresh basil if you like
