Stainless steel Mosaic frying pan - 28 cm - ceramic Slip-Let® non-stick

Versatile quality frying pan with a body made of 90% post-consumer recycled stainless steel, a material that is extremely durable and easy to keep clean and tidy. The pan is coated with a ceramic Slip-Let® coating in the revolutionary mosaic pattern. The surface pattern consists of small stainless steel elevations that protect the ceramic Slip-Let® coating. The design combines the durability of stainless steel with the practicality of Slip-Let®, resulting in a pan that has excellent slip resistance while withstanding the use of metal utensils, dishwashing and temperatures up to 400°C. The frying pan is suitable for all heat sources.

TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR FRYING PAN

The purpose and function of frying pans can vary greatly. Nevertheless, there are good rules of thumb that apply to all Eva Solo pans. They can help ensure that you get the most out of your frying pans - and that they live up to your expectations for as long as possible.

1. Never expose a frying pan to extreme temperature fluctuations - avoid hot and cold shocks.


2. Keep an eye on the heat. Put a few drops of water or a little oil on the pan before you turn on the heat. This makes it easy to see when the pan has reached the right temperature.


3. Use oil on all types of pans. This also applies to pans with Slip-Let® non-stick coating.


4. Cook at half of the stove's max setting +1. For example, if the max setting is 10, cook at half of 10 (= 5) + 1 = 6. This is enough to seal the leeks and give a crispy and golden surface - and it extends the life of the pan.


5. Induction hobs' boost function is only for boiling liquids in a hurry - never use it for frying pans.
