Water

Train better

A fluid loss of just 2% of your body weight, about 1 to 1 ½ liters of water, decreases your performance by up to 20%. Sweat is required during physical work to cool the body down, but at the same time sweating tabs the body fluid. So, remember to drink water.

Remove the pain

If you have a headache try water first. The reason may be dehydration. If it is necessary to use painkillers, drink plenty of water with it.

Avoid cold

Your mucous membranes of the mouth, throat and nose are well-stocked with antibodies that fight the viruses and bacteria that you breathe or get through food and  drink. If you don’t drink enough liquid your mucous membranes will dry out and it will become susceptible to infections that can cause colds, sore throat and cough.

Lose

If your stomach sends you signals of hunger, it may as well be thirst that plagues. A glass of water can help you keep your hunger down until the next meal.

Get nicer skin and hair

Lots of water on the inside is just as important for your skin as all sorts of lotions and creams on the outside. The skin cells which are well-stocked with water, keeps your skin soft, moist and nice.

Get the brain in top shape

A very common cause of fatigue is dehydration. The dehydration has a sedative effect on your ability to concentrate, your coordination and response time. If you feel lethargic and unfocused, then drink a glass of water or two - there is a good chance that it will help.

Nice muscles

Water provides solid muscles. Muscles consist primarily of water, not proteins, as many believe. Therefore, it is important to drink water to keep the muscles nice and firm.
