Blueberry smoothie bowl
- 1 dl frozen blueberries
- 1 small banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1.5 dl almond milk
- ½ organic lemon – zest of
- ½ tsp quality vanilla sugar (can be omitted)
- 2-3 tbsp flaked coconut, toasted
- Small handful of fresh blueberries
Blend all the smoothie ingredients into a smooth consistency. If you opt for frozen banana, the consistency will be thicker. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
Sprinkle with the topping and serve immediately.
