Ingredients

  • 1 dl frozen blueberries
  • 1 small banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1.5 dl almond milk
  • ½ organic lemon – zest of
  • ½ tsp quality vanilla sugar (can be omitted)

Topping

  • 2-3 tbsp flaked coconut, toasted
  • Small handful of fresh blueberries

Procedure

Blend all the smoothie ingredients into a smooth consistency. If you opt for frozen banana, the consistency will be thicker. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

Sprinkle with the topping and serve immediately.
