In creating the Nordic kitchen cookware in stainless steel, design and function were the key priority, and the series is ideal for everyday use as well as for serving food directly at the dinner table. The basic idea behind the new Nordic kitchen stainless steel series is to achieve a true marriage of functionality and aesthetics. The materials are of the highest quality and extremely hard-wearing, and will therefore last for many years, while the oak handles and knobs add a touch of Nordic style and ensure an appealing design. The cookware can therefore be carried to the table and used for serving, and you can create your own style by mixing and matching it with the black pots in the Nordic kitchen series.

Maintenance
Not dishwasher safe.
As wood is a living and organic material, natural variations may occur. Oil regularly to preserve the oak. If the wood feels rough with time, we recommend sanding down the dry surface using very fine sandpaper. Then oil the wood to protect it.
Tightening the handle
The wooden handle must be tightened regularly to ensure that it is secure. To do so, remove the rubber plug at the end of the handle and tighten the screwhead behind it with a screwdriver. To remove the rubber plug, use a long sharp implement to prise the plug out of the handle.
