The frying pan with a new technology for its collection of Eva Trio stainless steel frying pans: Induction heat control. No more burnt food means the non-stick Slip-Let® coating will last longer. Thanks to the new technology, on an induction cooker the frying pan will never get hotter than 230°C. The heat is easier to control, and the coating will not be damaged by excessive temperatures.
Like the rest of the stainless steel pots and pans, it is made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel for a long lifespan. The handle stays cool during use, and on the inside features the usual PTFE four-layer non-stick Slip-Let®coating.
As the name suggests, the induction heat control technology only works on induction cookers, but the frying pan can be used like a normal pan on all other hob types. The frying pan is dishwasher-safe and therefore easy to clean.
