Cleaning CafeSolo and tea-maker:
The glass flask, tea and coffee inserts as well as the tip-up lid are all dishwasher-safe.It is important that all parts are kept clean with no soap residues. If old coffee and tea residues are not washed off properly, they can lend an unpleasant flavour to the freshly brewed coffee or tea. Soap residues can also make your next pot of coffee or tea taste unpleasant and flat.

The glass insert for my vacuum flask/jug has exploded/broken – what should I do?
Tensions can occur in the glass (for example as a result of knocks and bangs) which may cause it to break. We do not a warranty on glass or porcelain, but it is possible to replace the glass insert, which can be purchased as a spare part.
