Porcelian warranty

Porcelain from Eva Solo/Eva Trio may be used as often as you like on a daily basis without breaking. This is what we guarantee. And this is why there is a 10-year replacement guarantee on all our porcelain products.

The warranty covers products purchased after 1 September 2015, and only first-grade products. In other words, if your Eva Solo/Eva Trio porcelain breaks, the glaze shatters or large flakes break off during normal daily use, we will replace the product with a new – or similar – product.

The warranty does not cover faults and functional failure due to intentional breakage or breakage resulting from external events. The warranty is also conditional upon the user instructions being followed.

The warranty only covers purchases by private individuals and can only be used by private individuals. Eva Solo A/S reserves the right to terminate the warranty scheme. Consequently, the warranty only covers purchases which are made within periods covered by the warranty. In the case of replacements, you must return the damaged product with the receipt.
So remember: Keep your receipt!

User instructions for porcelain

All Eva Trio and Eva Solo porcelain are ovenproof and microwave-proof as well as being freezer-safe.

Please note, that the instructions as well as the porcelain warranty do not include ceramics and stoneware.
