Black line frying pan - 24 cm - Slip-Let®️ non-stick

Pots and pans in the Black Line series are distinguished by their simple and functional design and are made of hard-wearing materials.

It is easy to use Black Line. Both the pots and pans are made of aluminium, a lightweight material that conducts and distributes the heat quickly and evenly across the base and up the sides of the cookware. This ensures equally good results when boiling or frying.

The coating on the inside of the pots and pans is PFOA-free Slip- Let®, which ensures that the food will not stick and that cleaning is extra easy. The exterior has been coated with a double layer of PFOA-free PTFE for greater hardness and durability.

TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR FRYING PAN

The purpose and function of frying pans can vary greatly. Nevertheless, there are good rules of thumb that apply to all Eva Solo pans. They can help ensure that you get the most out of your frying pans - and that they live up to your expectations for as long as possible.

1. Never expose a frying pan to extreme temperature fluctuations - avoid hot and cold shocks.


2. Keep an eye on the heat. Put a few drops of water or a little oil on the pan before you turn on the heat. This makes it easy to see when the pan has reached the right temperature.


3. Use oil on all types of pans. This also applies to pans with Slip-Let® non-stick coating.


4. Cook at half of the stove's max setting +1. For example, if the max setting is 10, cook at half of 10 (= 5) + 1 = 6. This is enough to seal the leeks and give a crispy and golden surface - and it extends the life of the pan.


5. Induction hobs' boost function is only for boiling liquids in a hurry - never use it for frying pans.
