The Eva Trio Evasée sauté pan is made of stainless steel, making it very hard-wearing, both inside and out. It can be used with all kinds of kitchen utensils, at very high temperatures and on all heat sources, including induction. The handles stay cool during use.

The sauté pan is particularly good for stews and reducing liquids because of its large surface area, which enables moisture to evaporate quickly. The heat is distributed quickly and evenly due to the thick, stable base. Dishwasher-safe.
