- 4 cl gin
- 1 cl syrup
- 1 cl Crème de Mûre blackberry liqueur
- 3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 fresh blackberries
- Crushed ice cubes
Pour gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, syrup and ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Shake well for about 10 seconds. Fill a glass with crushed ice and strain the liquid over the ice. Pour Crème de Mûre blackberry liqueur over the back of a spoon so it settles nicely at the bottom of the cocktail.
Decorate a cocktail stick with fresh dark blackberries or arrange them on top of the cocktail.
