Passion gin sour

A tangy and tropical gin sour with passion fruit syrup, lemon juice, and a silky egg white foam. A crowd-pleasing cocktail with vibrant flavor and texture.
Ingredients
- 60 ml gin
- 20 ml Cointreau
- 60 ml passion fruit syrup
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 50 ml organic egg whites
- Ice cubes
- 1 passion fruit

Instructions
Add gin, Cointreau, passion fruit syrup, lemon juice, and egg whites to a shaker.
Shake vigorously without ice for 20–30 seconds. Add plenty of ice and shake again for another 20–30 seconds.
Fine strain the cocktail into two coupe glasses and top each with half a passion fruit.
Serve immediately.
