RETURNS AND REFUNDS

14-DAY RIGHT OF RETURN
You have 14 calendar days to cancel your purchase and return any unwanted item purchased from www.evasolo.com counted from the day on which you receive your order.
If you opt to cancel your purchase, simply return the unwanted item in substantially the same condition and quantity, including the original brand packaging, that you received it in. As the original brand packaging is integral to the value of the item, any item returned to us without that packaging will not be deemed returned in substantially the same condition and quantity.
As the consumer, you are responsible for the secure parcelling of your return. We therefore recommend that you keep the original shipping box until you’re sure you wish to keep the item.
Once the returned item has been received and approved by us, the full purchase price (including any eligible handling and shipping charge) will be refunded to your original form of payment.
RETURNS IN 3 EASY STEPS
1. PARCEL RETURNS SECURELY
As the consumer, you are responsible for the secure parcelling of any return to us. It is therefore a good idea to keep the shipping packaging until you are sure you wish to keep the item.
2. COMPLETE THE RETURNS FORM
Complete the returns form that came in the shipping box with your order. If you’ve mislaid your returns form, click here to download a new one.
3. RETURN THE ITEM(S)
Returns must be sent to Eva Solo A/S, Måløv Teknikerby 18-20, DK-2760 Måløv, Denmark. You must pay the return-postage cost unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase. For non EU citizens, please note that expenses related to import duties, import VAT and fees should be paid by you.
