Eva Trio Multi makes use of multi-layer technology to combine the durability of the stainless steel with the heat-conducting properties of aluminium. The three-layer sandwich design ensures an incredibly sturdy exterior and excellent heat distribution from the base all the way up the sides. The large pan base and high sides make this sauté pan perfect for flash frying and ensure that the ingredients don’t fall out. The surface is resistant to acids in the ingredients, making it easy to keep the pan bright and shiny. The sauté pan is compatible with all heat sources and dishwasher-safe.
