The Nordic kitchen is known for its neutral palettes, sleek and minimalist aesthetic, and touches of rustic elegance. Inspired by our Danish roots, our Eva Solo line of Nordic cookware features a series of pots and pans that come in two main materials: stainless steel, and aluminium that resembles solid cast iron. Frying pans and pots come with oak handles and knobs to create a Nordic appeal, bringing harmony to each kitchen and dinner table.

Stainless steel Nordic cookware

The series comes in stainless steel, featuring a range of pots, saucepans, and frying pans. In designing the set, design and function were the key priority, ensuring they are durable and beautiful for everyday use. The pot, saucepan, and frying pan are hard-wearing, with accompanying lids available to purchase together or separately. While this series cannot go in the oven or on the grill, all other heat sources can be used, such as induction, electric, ceramic, and gas. Aluminium Nordic cookware

The series comes in lightweight aluminium with a black coating, giving each pot and pan the resemblance of solid cast iron without the weight. With an ability to conduct and distribute heat extremely well, you can benefit from a quick and even heat-up process. While the wooden parts of the line are not dishwasher safe, the rest are. Do note, though, that dishwashing will shorten the lifespan of the Slip-Let®️ non-stick coating, compared to being washed by hand. Frying pans with wooden handles can be wiped with a damp cloth to clean and left to dry.

Non-stick Slip-Let® coated frying pans

Frying and sauté pans made from stainless steel and aluminium in this Nordic kitchen line come with the usual four-layer non-stick Slip-Let® coating. This prevents food residue from gathering on the surface, making each pan easy to clean. With Slip-Let®, you can also use minimal fat and oil for cooking. When used as they are intended, cookware is long-lasting and can remain in good condition for several years.
