Description

Wok with large surface area and high sides. The capacious wok is ideal for processes which involve stir-frying food, which then cooks further in a stock or sauce. The wok is made of stainless steel, making it very hard-wearing both inside and out. It is designed for high heat and stir-frying – and for cooking with less fat. The heat is distributed quickly and evenly due to the thick, stable base. Handles stay cool during use.

It can be used with all kinds of kitchen utensils, at very high temperatures and on all heat sources, including induction.
