Eva proofing basket - 2.2 l

The Eva proofing basket features practical grooves on the matt interior for trapping flour to support the proofing dough as it swells with air and rises up the sides. The plastic basket is also dishwasher-safe, for very hygienic use. The basket size is useful and functional for small and large portions, and its large opening makes the basket easy to cover during proofing.

The verdict of the Danish National Pastry Chef Team:

We tested the proofing basket on various types of bread. Both chilled slow-risers and doughs proofing at room temperature. Wet, 95% hydration doughs and tough, 70% hydration doughs. It works well for both bread types.

We really appreciated the size of the basket, as it allows us to make large loaves and small loaves in the same basket. The size also makes it easier to leave the dough covered without having to worry about it rising up to the bag or cloth cover.
