Nordic kitchen grill frying pan - 28 cm - Slip-Let® non-stick

The Nordic kitchen grill frying pan has a solid 7 mm base, and is perfect for frying a good steak. The food acquires the distinctive dark grilling stripes, but it doesn’t just look good: it also tastes delicious when fried at high temperatures using a minimum of fat. The grill frying pan’s wood handle ensures a solid grip, but can also become hot during use.

Suitable for all heat sources, including induction.

TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR FRYING PAN

The purpose and function of frying pans can vary greatly. Nevertheless, there are good rules of thumb that apply to all Eva Solo pans. They can help ensure that you get the most out of your frying pans - and that they live up to your expectations for as long as possible.

1. Never expose a frying pan to extreme temperature fluctuations - avoid hot and cold shocks.


2. Keep an eye on the heat. Put a few drops of water or a little oil on the pan before you turn on the heat. This makes it easy to see when the pan has reached the right temperature.


3. Use oil on all types of pans. This also applies to pans with Slip-Let® non-stick coating.


4. Cook at half of the stove's max setting +1. For example, if the max setting is 10, cook at half of 10 (= 5) + 1 = 6. This is enough to seal the leeks and give a crispy and golden surface - and it extends the life of the pan.


5. Induction hobs' boost function is only for boiling liquids in a hurry - never use it for frying pans.
