The pan is coated with a ceramic Slip-Let® coating in the revolutionary mosaic pattern. The surface pattern consists of small stainless steel elevations that protect the ceramic Slip-Let® coating. The design combines the durability of stainless steel with the practicality of Slip-Let®, resulting in a pan that has excellent slip resistance while withstanding the use of metal utensils, dishwashing and temperatures up to 400°C.
