Cleaning · The cookware should be cleaned with warm water and a soft brush/sponge as soon as possible after use. To remove particularly obstinate dirt, add some water to the pot or pan and bring it to the boil for a short period of time.· The cookware is also dishwasher-safe. However, we recommend washing it by hand as otherwise the cast-iron surface may acquire a matt finish with time. Please note that this will not affect the cookware’s performance.
