Multi Mosaic frying pan - 24 cm - ceramic Slip-Let® non-stick

The unique mosaic pattern on the surface consists of stainless steel at the top and a Slip-Let® ceramic coating at the bottom, and is resistant to the use of metal utensils. The coating makes it possible to reduce the amount of fat and oil used, for perfect searing and easy cleaning. The frying pan’s triple-layer technology ensures perfect heat distribution and its durable exterior is scratch and impact resistant. Use this pan for everything from fried eggs to burgers and vegetable patties. The pan is heat resistant for oven use at up to 400 °C, and is designed for all heat sources, including induction.

TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR FRYING PAN

The purpose and function of frying pans can vary greatly. Nevertheless, there are good rules of thumb that apply to all Eva Solo pans. They can help ensure that you get the most out of your frying pans - and that they live up to your expectations for as long as possible.

1. Never expose a frying pan to extreme temperature fluctuations - avoid hot and cold shocks.
2. Keep an eye on the heat. Put a few drops of water or a little oil on the pan before you turn on the heat. This makes it easy to see when the pan has reached the right temperature.
3. Use oil on all types of pans. This also applies to pans with Slip-Let® non-stick coating.
4. Cook at half of the stove's max setting +1. For example, if the max setting is 10, cook at half of 10 (= 5) + 1 = 6. This is enough to seal the leeks and give a crispy and golden surface - and it extends the life of the pan.
5. Induction hobs' boost function is only for boiling liquids in a hurry - never use it for frying pans.
