Eva Solo A/S provides a 25-year warranty on the ceramic grinding mechanism in the Nordic kitchen Salt/Pepper grinder (7.5 cm / 11 cm).

The warranty covers the function of the ceramic components when the product is used correctly for its intended purpose. Wear over time is natural with use; however, functional failure attributable to material or manufacturing defects is covered. The warranty is conditional upon proper use and does not cover misuse, abuse, modification or improper use.

Proper use requirement: use only suitable, dry peppercorns or dry salt. The warranty does not cover use with fatty spices or moist/clumping salt; moisture causes blockages and unnecessary wear and is considered improper use not covered by the warranty.

The warranty applies only to consumer purchases made at retail. Eva Solo A/S may discontinue the warranty scheme for future purchases. Any discontinuation will not affect purchases made during the period in which the warranty was in force.

You must be able to document the purchase date (receipt or invoice). In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the retailer from whom the product was purchased. Eva Solo A/S may carry out a further assessment and may request that the product be sent in. If functional failure of the ceramic components is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, these components will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the product to Eva Solo A/S if required. We recommend returning the item as a tracked parcel via PostNord or GLS, as this enables shipment tracking. We only accept return parcels with delivery during our opening hours. We do not accept returns sent to parcel lockers or using delivery methods that deliver outside opening hours. Please choose daytime delivery and avoid carriers such as DAO, which typically deliver at night; for night-time deliveries, we cannot confirm receipt.

All returns must be sent by prior agreement with Eva Solo A/S and directly to our address. If a return is made without prior agreement, freight costs (currently DKK 49) may be deducted.
