Frying pan Ø24 Nordic kitchen Stainless Steel Bakelit

The series of stainless steel cookware with black Bakelite handles is perfect for Nordic kitchens and busy daily lives. The materials are of the highest quality, which ensures that the products are hard-wearing and will stand the test of time. The products in the series have a solid 6.2 mm encapsulated sandwich base in stainless steel with a thick aluminium core that distributes the heat evenly across the base of the cookware. On the inside, the frying pans in the series all have a PFOA and PFOS-free non-stick Slip-Let® coating, reducing the need for fat when cooking. The coating also ensures that the cookware is easy to clean. All parts are dishwasher-safe. The Nordic kitchen stainless steel frying pan is extremely hard-wearing, yet of a simple and elegant design with an extra-large cooking surface. The inside of the frying pan has a PFOA and PFOS-free non-stick Slip-Let® coating, which means you don’t need to use as much fat as the food doesn’t stick, making the pan particularly suitable for frying all types of meat and vegetables. The frying pan is easy to clean, and can be used with all heat sources, including induction hobs and ovens (max. 180°C).

TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR FRYING PAN

The purpose and function of frying pans can vary greatly. Nevertheless, there are good rules of thumb that apply to all Eva Solo pans. They can help ensure that you get the most out of your frying pans - and that they live up to your expectations for as long as possible.

1. Never expose a frying pan to extreme temperature fluctuations - avoid hot and cold shocks.


2. Keep an eye on the heat. Put a few drops of water or a little oil on the pan before you turn on the heat. This makes it easy to see when the pan has reached the right temperature.


3. Use oil on all types of pans. This also applies to pans with Slip-Let® non-stick coating.


4. Cook at half of the stove's max setting +1. For example, if the max setting is 10, cook at half of 10 (= 5) + 1 = 6. This is enough to seal the leeks and give a crispy and golden surface - and it extends the life of the pan.


5. Induction hobs' boost function is only for boiling liquids in a hurry - never use it for frying pans.
