Stainless steel frying pan - 30 cm - ceramic Slip-Let®️ non-stick

The classic series of stainless steel has for many years contained frying pans with and without Let® Slip-coating. Now Eva Solo is introducing a frying pan in the stainless steel series with ceramic coating. There is a ILAG Slip- Let® ceramic coating which can withstand very high temperatures, up to 400 ° C. The coating is therefore ideal for roasting meat and making the perfect crust.

The frying pan can also go in the oven without problems. Pots and pans in stainless steel series is made of highly polished 18/10 stainless steel.

The frying pan goes on all heat sources incl. induction, and come in four sizes.

TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR FRYING PAN

The purpose and function of frying pans can vary greatly. Nevertheless, there are good rules of thumb that apply to all Eva Solo pans. They can help ensure that you get the most out of your frying pans - and that they live up to your expectations for as long as possible.

1. Never expose a frying pan to extreme temperature fluctuations - avoid hot and cold shocks.


2. Keep an eye on the heat. Put a few drops of water or a little oil on the pan before you turn on the heat. This makes it easy to see when the pan has reached the right temperature.


3. Use oil on all types of pans. This also applies to pans with Slip-Let® non-stick coating.


4. Cook at half of the stove's max setting +1. For example, if the max setting is 10, cook at half of 10 (= 5) + 1 = 6. This is enough to seal the leeks and give a crispy and golden surface - and it extends the life of the pan.


5. Induction hobs' boost function is only for boiling liquids in a hurry - never use it for frying pans.
