The sauté pan offers a wealth of possibilities; you can fry, braise, sauté and even prepare sauces and stews in this versatile pan. The high, straight sides ensure that even liquid food stays where it belongs - even during vigorous stirring. The body of the sauté pan is made from 90% recycled post-consumer stainless steel. The robust material withstands wear and handling, while the sealed-in sandwich base ensures even heat distribution. The design is based on the classic Ole Palsby/Eva Trio design from 1977, ensuring compatibility with existing Eva Trio lids. The sauté pan is suitable for all types of heat sources and is dishwasher safe.
