ABOUT DGU AND THE NATIONAL TEAMS

The Danish Gastronomic Union (DGU) is a foundation that develops and supports Danish gastronomy and organises the national teams: the Culinary Team, the Junior Culinary Team, the Catering Team and the Waiters’ Team. The Danish National Culinary Team comprises elite chefs who represent Denmark at international championships. As a sponsor, we supply Eva Trio pots and pans and Eva Solo equipment so the teams can train and compete at the highest level—nationally and internationally.
