10-YEAR WARRANTY ON
Eva Trio pots and pans without coating
against material and manufacturing defects
Eva Solo A/S provides a 10-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects on uncoated Eva Trio pots and pans in the Multi, Stainless Steel, Honeycomb and Copper series. Please note that certain models in the Multi and Stainless Steel series are available both with and without a coating; this warranty applies exclusively to the uncoated versions. Products with a coating are not covered and may be subject to separate terms.
The warranty applies only when the product is used correctly and in accordance with the instructions for use. Normal wear and tear is expected; however, permanent deformation attributable to material or manufacturing defects is covered. The warranty presupposes proper use and does not cover misuse, abuse or modification. It does not cover damage resulting from incorrect or negligent use, including overheating empty cookware, heavy impacts or drops, thermal shock, improper storage, or cleaning with unsuitable agents.
The warranty applies only to consumer purchases in retail. Eva Solo A/S may discontinue the warranty scheme for future purchases. Any discontinuation will not affect purchases made during the period in which the warranty was in force.
You must be able to document the purchase date (receipt or invoice). In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the retailer from whom the product was purchased and include a brief description of the defect together with photos or video, if available. Eva Solo A/S may carry out a further assessment and may request that the product be sent in. If the defect is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The choice of remedy is at the discretion of Eva Solo A/S.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the product to Eva Solo A/S if required. We recommend using a tracked parcel service via PostNord or GLS. We only accept return parcels with delivery during our opening hours. We do not accept returns sent to parcel lockers or using delivery methods that deliver outside opening hours. Please ensure daytime delivery and avoid carriers such as DAO, which typically deliver at night; for night-time deliveries, we cannot confirm receipt.
All returns must be sent by prior agreement with Eva Solo A/S and directly to our address. If a return is made without prior agreement, freight costs (currently DKK 49) may be deducted.
