Eva Solo Drinking bottle

Eva Solo A/S provides a 5-year breakage warranty for the Drinking Bottle 0.5 l with nylon strap. The warranty covers only bottles with a body made of Tritan®. The lid and nylon strap are not covered. Eva Solo drinking bottles made of rPET® are not covered by this warranty.

The warranty applies to normal everyday use for 5 years from the date of purchase, including if the bottle is dropped and breaks. The lid is not covered. If the breakage is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, the plastic bottle body will be replaced free of charge. The warranty is conditional upon correct use as a drinking bottle and does not cover misuse, abuse, modification or improper use.

The warranty applies only to consumer purchases made at retail. Eva Solo A/S may discontinue the warranty scheme for future purchases. Any discontinuation will not affect purchases made during the period in which the warranty was in force.

You must be able to document the purchase date (receipt or invoice). In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the retailer from whom the product was purchased. Eva Solo A/S may carry out a further assessment and may request that the product be sent in. If the breakage is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, the plastic bottle body will be replaced free of charge.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the product to Eva Solo A/S if required. We recommend returning the item as a tracked parcel via PostNord or GLS, as this enables shipment tracking. We only accept return parcels with delivery during our opening hours. We do not accept returns sent to parcel lockers or using delivery methods that deliver outside opening hours. Please choose daytime delivery and avoid carriers such as DAO, which typically deliver at night; for night-time deliveries, we cannot confirm receipt.

All returns must be sent by prior agreement with Eva Solo A/S and directly to our address. If a return is made without prior agreement, freight costs (currently DKK 49) may be deducted.
