Eva Trio Professional fryin pans

Eva Solo A/S warrants that frying pans in the Eva Trio Professional series will retain their shape and remain flat for 25 years from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies to all sizes in the Eva Trio Professional series and only when the product is used correctly and in accordance with the instructions for use. Normal wear and tear is expected; however, permanent warping or loss of flatness attributable to material or manufacturing defects is covered. The warranty is conditional upon proper use and does not cover misuse, abuse or modification. It does not cover damage resulting from incorrect or negligent use, including overheating empty cookware, heavy impacts or drops, thermal shock, improper storage, or cleaning with unsuitable agents. The warranty does not cover coating, surface finish, handles, cosmetic issues or ordinary function-related wear.

The warranty applies only to consumer purchases made at retail. Eva Solo A/S may discontinue the warranty scheme for future purchases. Any discontinuation will not affect purchases made during the period in which the warranty was in force.

You must be able to document the purchase date (receipt or invoice). In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the retailer from whom the product was purchased. Eva Solo A/S may carry out a further assessment and may request that the product be sent in. If the loss of flatness or shape deformation is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, the pan body will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The choice of remedy is at the discretion of Eva Solo A/S.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the product to Eva Solo A/S if required. We recommend using a tracked parcel service via PostNord or GLS. We only accept return parcels with delivery during our opening hours. We do not accept returns sent to parcel lockers or using delivery methods that deliver outside opening hours. Please ensure daytime delivery and avoid carriers such as DAO, which typically deliver at night; for night-time deliveries, we cannot confirm receipt.

All returns must be sent by prior agreement with Eva Solo A/S and directly to our address. If a return is made without prior agreement, freight costs (currently DKK 49) may be deducted.
