Perhaps this “powerful” water will appeal most to adults? It
tastes “green” and healthy with a refreshing aniseed flavour.
• ¼ fennel, cut into in wedges
• ½ lime
• 2 celery stalks
• 5 slices of cucumber
• ½ a green apple, ideally a Granny Smith, cut into wedges
• 1 litre of cold water
Thread all the ingredients onto the skewer. Fill the flask with
cold water and place in the fridge for at least 5 hours.
Enjoy the water ice-cold within 3 days.
