LET THE FOOD DANCE IN A SAUTÉ PAN

The sauté pan is characterised by its high sides, allowing you to stir and mix the food well. In fact, this very functionality is behind the name of the pan, as sauter means to ‘jump’ or ‘dance’ in French – because the pan enables you to let the food jump and dance around in the pan without spilling over the sides.

The sauté pan’s large cooking surface is perfect for braising large cuts of meat and vegetables. Also, the high sides and ample volume allow you to add stock, wine or other liquids. The diameter of our sauté pans matches the dimensions of our other pots and pans, so if you already have a 24 cm lid, it will also fit your new sauté pan.

CHOICE OF COATINGS AND MATERIALS

The sauté pans are available with and without the non-stick Slip-Let® coating, which allows you to cook with a much smaller risk of food sticking while making it much easier to clean the pan after use. You can also choose between our various popular series of cookware; for example the robust Stainless Steel series, which is suitable for everyday use, the elegant Copper series with its sublime heat-conducting properties, or the sturdy and rustic Cast Iron series, which withstands temperatures up to 400°C.
