Recipe: Raspberry lemonade

This could very well be the best lemonade you have ever tasted: less sugar, full of raspberry, and with a twist of thyme.
This mix gives lemonade a more ‘grown-up’ taste and is a great alcohol-free alternative to get the party started.
2 lemons (organic)
125 g raspberries
4–5 sprigs of thyme
2 tsp. sugar
5–6 dl ice cold water
Lemon, raspberries, and thyme for decoration

Cut the lemons into small wedges. In a large bowl, crush the lemons, raspberries, sugar, and thyme with a wooden spoon (or similar utensil) until the sugar has dissolved and the fruit has turned into pulp.
Cover the bowl and let it cool in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour, or even overnight. Pour the liquid from the pulp through a sieve into a pitcher and add ice cold water. Decorate with lemons, strawberries, raspberries, and/or thyme. Enjoy.
