Brunch pancakes

with vanilla, prepared on plancha

2 eggs
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon salt
20 g butter, melted
3 dl milk
2 teaspoon baking powder
230 g plain flour

Procedure

Place the sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt, butter and milk in a bowl and mix it together. Add the flour and baking powder and mix until smooth. Place the batter in the fridge and let it set for 10 minutes.  Heat up the plancha on the grill and oil or butter it lightly.  Pour batter on the plancha until you reach your desired size of pancake.  Bake the pancakes for about 2 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown.

Serve hot with fresh berries or mable syrup.
