EVA TRIO - 40 years of design
1977 - 2017
In 1977, the EVA TRIO pots and pans were introduced to the Danish market and they looked like nothing the Danes had ever seen before. A lid could, for instance be used for several pots because the pots were restricted to a few diameters. Today, it is estimated that every second household in Denmark owns EVA TRIO cookware.
EVA TRIO was launched with the slogan "3 metals - 1 design", therefore the surname TRIO was added to the already established EVA brand. The three initial metals were aluminum (later replaced by the more durable material stainless steel), copper and cast iron. Since the introduction in 1977, more variations with the same design have been added to the brand, e.g. the elegant White Line and the stylish Dura Line.

The copper cookware was initially plated with a thin layer of silver on the inside. Due to silver’s melting point of 900 degrees Celsius, the cookware could be used for any kind of food preparation.

During the last 10 years, more than 1.3 million EVA TRIO cookware products have been sold - which corresponds to every second household in Denmark owning a EVA TRIO pot or pan.
