1 dl. Maple syrup
½ dl. Water
200 g. Oatmeal
40 g. Roughly chopped pecans
40 g. Sunflower seeds
60 g. Dark raisins
10 g. Freeze-dried strawberries
Heat the syrup and water in a small saucepan until it melts together. Mix oatmeal, chopped pecans and sunflower in a large bowl. Pour the warm syrup in the mixture and mix well.
Heat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with wax paper or a baking mat. Bake the Granola for 25 minutes and let it cool completely at room temperature.
Add the raisins and the freeze-dried strawberries. Keep the Granola in a tightly sealed container. Enjoy it on yogurt, curdled milk etc.
