The prize duo of Danish designers - Claus Jensen and Henrik Holbaek - are behind the most exclusive "gentlemen's gift" of the year - the so-called "ice cube cooler". This quite new product within the EVA SOLO line is used for the making, storing and serving of ice cubes and as such combining the properties of the traditional ice cube tray with those of a cooler bucket.

An ice cube tray of soft rubber is filled with water and then placed in the freezer. The ice cube tray features a small practical point which will please a lot of people as it has got extra high sides to avoid spilling water on your way from the water tap to the freezer. When the water has frozen you have got 16 "gentlemen's ice cubes" to be twisted easily out into the double-walled metallic bowl. Then the ice cube tray is turned upside down and used as a lid. To give it the finishing touch the enclosed ice cube tongs are placed as a knob on top of the lid. Thereafter you will have enough ice cubes for the next couple of hours...
