The row of design awards for EVA SOLO has just been expanded with a new and desirable distinction. It is the international desired quality stamp "Design Plus 2003" which is being awarded in connection with the world's largest fair within life style and furnishing accessories - Ambiente in Frankfurt. The fair rewards every year a handful of products, which are different by being especially innovative. It was the new non-dripping carafe from EVA SOLO that appealed to the judges and which is designed by the Danish design duo; Claus Jensen and Henrik Holbæk.

In all its simplicity, the carafe ensures that the contents of the carafe end in the glass – and not on the tablecloth. The bottle pourer is made from stainless steel and silicone rubber and will always catch the last drop before it hits the tablecloth. The bottle pourer is a practical insert in the carafe and can easily be removed for cleaning in the dishwasher. The same patented principle featuring a bottle pourer has been used successfully for a number of years for the vacuum flasks and jugs in the same series.

The carafe is a small work of art in itself. The curved lines and the characteristic wave pattern of the base beautifully create beautiful reflections in the sunlight. The beautiful, drip-free carafe is available in two sizes: 0.6 l and 1.0 l. The carafe, like the insert, is dishwasher-proof.
